CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT
1. The carrier undertakes to make efforts to transport the passenger and luggage promptly.
2. Passengers will present themselves for boarding, 30 minutes before the departure time, to complete the boarding formalities.
3. Any cancellation of the travel ticket will be announced at least 72 hours before departure. In this situation, 20% of the value of the unused travel ticket will be withheld. For the round-trip ticket, 30% of the value of the RETURN ticket will be withheld, if the ONE-WAY trip was made. In case of cancellation, after the above deadline, no refund will be granted. For any change of the travel destination, a penalty of 20% of the value of the travel ticket will be charged. After the date and time scheduled for departure, the ticket becomes unusable.
4. Any postponement of the travel ticket announced at least 72 hours before departure, will be done without penalty. Less than 72 hours before the date and time scheduled for departure, but not later than the date and time of departure of the coach, written on the ticket, the change will be made with the application of a penalty of 10% of the value of the travel ticket. Travel rescheduling is allowed only once. After changing the travel date, any refund is made with a penalty of 75% of the value of the unused ticket, respecting the time period of at least 72 hours before the date and time of departure.
5. For promo tickets, rescheduling the trip is not possible. The validity of the promotional ticket can be extended up to 6 months (DUS-INTORS) upon payment of the fare difference. For the PROMO ticket, refund is possible only if the trip is canceled in full and a penalty of 20% of the ticket value is applied. The announcement for canceling the trip will be made at least 72 hours before the date and time of departure.
6. Any refund is granted only to the ticket holder with the presentation of the identity document.
7. No start to the race can be postponed (delayed) due to the travelers being late. In case of non-appearance of the passengers at the race, the carrier has a seat in his interest.
8. Medical insurance IS RECOMMENDED but is not included in the ticket price.
9. The carrier reserves the right to interrupt the journey and disembark at the first station on the route, without the right to further compensation, passengers who are intoxicated, under the influence of narcotics, with violent, immoral, indecent behavior, etc.
10. The carrier does not assume responsibility for improper or incomplete border crossing documents. In case of interruption of the trip due to the fault of the traveler (including returns from CUSTOMS), the travel ticket loses its validity, and the value of the ticket is not refunded.
11. The carrier does not assume any responsibility for the content and quantity of luggage, including customs liability. The traveler is obliged to comply with the legislation in force regarding this (N.B. The maximum quantity of cigarettes allowed for transport is 10 packs!).
12. Animals are not allowed to be transported.
13. The place written on the travel ticket is indicative.
14. During the journey, the traveler will keep the original ticket and the identity document on him, close at hand.
15. The departure times of the transfer cars are conditioned by the arrival times of the coaches.
THE TICKETS
1. The ticket is nominal and cannot be transferred to other people.
2. The traveler who holds a return ticket, with an undetermined return date (open), is obliged to book the return trip at least 10 days before the date of its performance. The date of the return trip must be established at the reservation office.
3. The traveler will be accepted within the limits of available places.
4. Tickets can also be bought on the bus or minibus.
5. Lost or stolen tickets destroyed, damaged, etc. they cannot be replaced or refunded.
6. The booking fee is non-refundable.
